今朝は、サワードウブレッドのベーグルを使ったオープンサンド！
特製のラブネには、クリームチーズではなく、さっぱりとしたヨーグルトを使用しています。プロバイオティクスが豊富なザワークラウトを添えることで、さらに健康的で風味豊かな一品。

来月の体験レッスンでは、サワードウ種でベーグルを仕込んで焼いてラブネの作り方やザワークラウトの美味しい仕込み方も伝授。初心者の方も大歓迎！
作る楽しさ、美味しさ、そしてヘルシーな食生活を一緒にシェアしましょう。

This morning, we have an open sandwich using a sourdough bagel!

For our special labneh, we use refreshing yogurt instead of cream cheese. By adding sauerkraut, which is rich in probiotics, it becomes even healthier and more flavorful.

In the trial lesson next month, we will do how to make bagels with sourdough starter, bake them, make labneh, and how to make delicious sauerkraut. Beginners are also welcome! Let’s share the fun of making, the deliciousness, and a healthy diet together. We look forward to your participation.
