今週水曜日のランチにお皿を綺麗に彩り食欲をすすめるテリーヌを前菜に。

メインディッシュには、自家製の発芽玄米と様々なお野菜、そしてしタンパク質のお肉をバランス良く取り入れたバランスよい組み合わせ。
