今日のおまかせランチでは、エキゾチックな味わいが楽しめるタイ料理。シャキシャキとした食感が魅力のソムタム風には人参を代用、風味豊かなガパオには、新鮮なバジルを使用し、ヘルシー志向の方にも嬉しいスーパーフードのキノアも加えました。お米はふっくら炊きたての発芽玄米で心も体も満たされる一皿。

Today’s omakase lunch features exotic Thai cuisine. We substitute carrots for the crunchy som tam-style dish, and our flavorful gapao uses fresh basil and quinoa, a superfood that’s perfect for health-conscious diners. The rice is plump, freshly cooked germinated brown rice, making this a dish that will satisfy both body and soul.
