夏休み研究プログラム「ザワークラフト作り」

キャベツ🥬で発酵食ザワークラウトを作る自由研究

ランチは、ザワークラフトを楽しめるメニュー。ミートボールには、サワードウブレッドのパン粉とスーパーフードのキノアを加え、ソースには夏の新鮮なトマトをたっぷり使用。付け合わせのにはマッシュポテト！

子どもたちと共に、学びながら楽しい時間を過ごしました♪

This summer vacation research program, “Making Sauerkraut,” taught children how to make sauerkraut, fostering their curiosity and encouraging their interest by exploring its health benefits.

For lunch, participants enjoyed sauerkraut. The meatballs were made with sourdough bread crumbs and the superfood quinoa, and the sauce was made with plenty of fresh summer tomatoes. Served with mashed potatoes as a side dish!

Kids had a fun, educational time together .
