岡山産の新鮮な鯛を、サワードウ種とビールを使用した衣でカリッとサクッと揚げ、柔らかな鯛のテクスチャーを楽しんでいただけます。また、フィッシュ＆チップスのセットに欠かせないザワークラウトも添え、酸味のバランスを楽しんでみてください。特に、日曜日のマルシェで手に入れた有機栽培の玉ねぎを使ったオニオンフライは絶品です。

加えて、店内を華やかに彩るのは、近隣にオープンしたばかりの花屋Elfさんから仕入れた、ワレモコウとアストランチアのフラワーアレンジメント。

Today's chef's choice lunch is British-style. Fresh sea bream from Okayama is deep-fried in a batter made with sourdough and beer until crispy, allowing you to enjoy the soft texture of the sea bream. It also comes with sauerkraut, an essential part of any fish and chips set, so you can enjoy the balanced acidity. The onion fries, made with organic onions purchased at the Sunday market, are particularly delicious.

Additionally, the interior is beautifully decorated with burnet and astrantia flower arrangements sourced from Elf, a florist that recently opened nearby.
