パティは100%ビーフを使用し、塩と黒コショウだけで味付け。パン粉や炒め玉ねぎ、卵とお肉を混ぜるハンバーグとは違い、純粋にお肉の美味しさを楽しむジャンクじゃあないバーガー。ジューシーでありながらバンズにはサワードウ種のイングリッシュマフィンを使っているのでヘルシー仕上げ。

The patty is made with 100% beef and seasoned only with salt and black pepper. Unlike typical hamburgers, which are made with breadcrumbs, fried onions, and eggs, this burger lets you enjoy the pure flavor of the meat, without the junk factor. It's juicy, yet healthy, thanks to the sourdough English muffin bun.
