香港懐かしの「海老の腸粉」

久しぶりにあの味が恋しくなり、とうとう自分で作っちゃいました。ツルッとした皮がエビと絡んで、さっぱりとした醤油ダレが最高なんですよね。この味を再現するのはなかなかのチャレンジ、作り方自体は意外とシンプルやけどむずい。家で香港気分を味わえて、幸せなひととき🫶🏻

香港といえば、目の前に広がる雄大な山と煌めく海、本当に特別な場所。人生の半分以上を過ごした故郷を思い出すとき、いつも苦楽を共にした同僚仲間たちや様々な友人と美味しさと風景が頭に浮かびます。なかなか戻ることのできない今だからこそ、自分で何とかしてあの味を再現しようと試みるわけです。次も香港の他の名物にも挑戦せざるを得ない

I’ve been longing for the taste of Hong Kong’s nostalgic “shrimp rice fun.” Finally, I finally made it myself. The smooth texture clings perfectly to the shrimp, and the refreshing soy sauce is absolutely delicious. Recreating this flavor is quite a challenge, and the recipe itself is surprisingly simple, but difficult. It’s a wonderful moment to experience the Hong Kong atmosphere at home! 🫶🏻

Hong Kong is a truly special place, with its majestic mountains and sparkling sea stretching out in front of you. When I think of my hometown, where I spent more than half my life, I always picture the delicious food and scenery, along with my colleagues and various friends who shared the good times and the bad. Now that I can’t quite go back, I’m trying to recreate that flavor somehow. I’ll have to try other Hong Kong specialties next time soon
