Last weekly lunch of September

今日の新しいテーブルデコはいただいたオリーブの枝を中心に飾って、季節の移り変わりを感じられる空間を演出しました。

アペタイザーには、サワードウブレッドにクリームチーズとナッツを乗せたものをご用意。サワードウのほんのり酸っぱい香りとクリームチーズのまろやかさ、ナッツの香ばしさが絶妙なハーモニーを奏でます。

メインには、健康志向の方にぴったりのスーパーフード、キノアを練り込んだ手作りソーセージと、マッシュポテト。

今週はサプライズでバースデープレートもご用意。スポンジケーキを焼いて生クリームと焼きイチジクで飾りつけ！

日常のひとときからちょっとした特別感を味わいに、ぜひお立ち寄りください。

Today's new table decor features olive branches we received as a centerpiece, creating a space that evokes the changing seasons.

For appetizers, prepared sourdough bread topped with cream cheese and nuts. The slightly tart aroma of the sourdough, the mellowness of the cream cheese, and the fragrant nuts create an exquisite harmony.

For the main course, prepared homemade sausages made with quinoa, a superfood perfect for health-conscious people, and mashed potatoes.

This week, we've also prepared a surprise birthday plate. We've baked a sponge cake and decorated it with fresh cream and roasted figs!
