日曜日の出前ランチ

旬の秋刀魚をオイル煮にし、チーズとザワークラウトをサワードウブレッドで挟んだトースティ。外はカリッと、中はジューシーな味わいが口の中で広がります。

さらに、サワードウブレッドの上に自家製ヒッカリー燻製ベーコンとクリーミーなスクランブルエッグをのせたオープンサンド。
サイドには、ローストしたバターナッツのスープと新鮮なお野菜を添えて、ベジタリアンの方も楽しめるメニューとなっています。

使用する油は、全て地元九鬼さんの胡麻油。風味豊かな料理で、心と体を癒やす腸食。

Sunday Delivery Lunch

This toastie features seasonal pacific saury simmered in oil, topped with cheese and sauerkraut and sandwiched between sourdough bread. It's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, bursting with flavor.

An open-faced sandwich topped with house-made Hickory-smoked bacon and creamy scrambled eggs .

Roasted butternut soup and fresh vegetables are served on the side, making this a vegetarian-friendly option.

All the oil used is sesame oil from local producer KUKI. This flavourful, digestive meal will heal your body and mind.
