今日は「サワードウ種ベーグル作り」
Today's workshop was "Making Sourdough Bagels"

新しく日本に移り住んできたサワードウ愛好家と一緒に、パン作りの楽しさをシェアしました。

今回のワークショップでは、日本の魅力的な発酵食品や地元の食材も紹介。久しぶりに英語でのワークショップとなりましたが、このイベントを通じて、異文化が交差するおいしい瞬間を楽しむことができて、楽しい時間でした！

I shared the joy of bread-making with sourdough enthusiasts who recently moved to Japan.

This workshop also introduced Japan's fascinating fermented foods and local ingredients. It's been a while since I last held a workshop in English, but this event allowed me to enjoy a delicious cross-cultural experience, and it was a wonderful time!
I even created a menu that pescatarian could enjoy.
