あっという間の24時間、四日市ステイでWASHIタリアン！去年の12月以来、久しぶりに香港からサワードウの弟子ちゃんが来てくれて再会しました。なかなか会えなかったけど、久しぶりの再会でいろんな話ができて本当に楽しかったです。お互いの近況報告から始まって、あっという間に時間が過ぎちゃった感じ。やっぱり遠くからでも会いに来てくれる友達ってありがたいなぁって思いました。

一緒にゴージャスなWASHIタリアンを楽しみつつ、思い出話に花を咲かせました。これからもこんな風に楽しい時間を積み重ねていけたらいいなぁ。次に会えるのがいつになるか分からないけど、きっとまた素敵な再会ができるはず。ありがとう。こういう時間、これからも大切にしたいですね。

思い出いっぱいの24時間、また四日市か香港、東京で会える日を心待ちにしています。

The 24 hours flew by, and I spent the whole time at WASHItarian in Yokkaichi! My sourdough apprentice came all the way from Hong Kong, and I was able to reunite with her for the first time since last December. It had been a while since we last saw each other, but it was so much fun to catch up and chat about all sorts of things. We started by catching up on each other’s lives, and time just flew by. I realized how grateful I am to have friends who come to see me even from far away.

We enjoyed a gorgeous WASHItarian together, reminiscing about old times. I hope we can continue to have fun like this. I don’t know when we’ll meet again, but I’m sure we’ll have another wonderful reunion. Thank you. I want to continue cherishing these moments.

It was a memorable 24 hours, and I look forward to seeing you again in Yokkaichi, Hong Kong, or Tokyo.
