Our final weekly lunch of the year was inspired by Hong Kong

アジアの多様な味を堪能できる時間は、まさに今年の締めくくりにぴったり。

香港料理といえば、点心やエッグタルト、ローストダックなどが有名ですが、今日のランチではこれらを少しアレンジしたメニューも

今回の食器は、香港在住のサワードウお弟子さんが手作りしてくれたお皿たちを使用しました。これにより、食事の単なる彩り以上に、手作りの温かさが加わり、特別なひと時を演出してくれました。
手作りの食器は、料理を始め、すべての装いを引き立て、より個性的で心温まり食とアートが融合した素敵な空間を創り上げる力を改めて感じますね

A perfect way to close the year, enjoying the rich and diverse flavors of Asia.

Classic Hong Kong dishes like dim sum, egg tarts, and roast duck were reimagined with a small twist for today’s menu.

We served the meal on handmade plates created by my sourdough apprentice @chiakifjelddahl living in Hong Kong.
The warmth of handmade tableware added a special touch, turning the lunch into a moment where food and art beautifully came together.
