特別な食材　なんと松坂産の伊勢赤鶏を見つけてつい衝動買い！　ヘルメスじゃあなくってチキン🐓🤭

ダダがサワードウ種のパンを鶏のお腹に詰めて縫い、このままオーブンでじっくりと焼き上げ〜お肉の旨味がパンにしみ込んで、またパンの香ばしさが鶏にも移り、お互いに絶妙に引き立て合ってスタッフィングも格別！

食卓にのせて、さぁ、いざクリスマスディナー開始！子供たちも一口食べるなり、その美味しさに「おいしい！」と大喜び。こんなひとときがあるから、クリスマスっていいなぁ。

A special ingredient: I happened to find Ise Aka-dori chicken from Matsusaka and bought it on impulse! not Hermes bag! It’s a Chicken 🐔

Dada stuffed sourdough bread into the chicken’s belly, sewed it up, and then slowly roasted it in the oven just as it was. The delicious flavor of the meat soaked into the bread, and the fragrant aroma of the bread transferred to the chicken, bringing out the best in each other—a truly exceptional stuffing!

Placed it on the table and now, Christmas dinner begins! The kids took a bite and immediately exclaimed, “yummy !” in delight at how tasty it was. Moments like this are what make Christmas so wonderful.
