1月29日のオープン以来、サワードウを伝えることでたくさんの出会いができました。愛情を込めて焼き上げるサワードウを通じて、皆様の笑顔、そして頂戴した温かい言葉が、動力源となっています。

Since our opening on January 29, we have experienced many encounters and moments of inspiration. The smiles and warm words we’ve received from everyone, through the sourdough we lovingly bake, have become our driving force.

We are grateful to have delivered happiness to so many people in 2025, and we look forward to your continued support next year. Next year as well, we will continue to deliver truly natural bread from the heart!
