おかげさまで、マワラがオープンしてから1年の節目を迎えることができました
Thanks to everyone's support, we have reached the milestone of one year since Mawara opened

この1年を振り返り、多くの方々とのご縁を大切にし、さらなる感謝の念を抱いております

特に、寒い日が続く中で元気いっぱいに育ったサワードウ種「WASHI」は、機械に頼らずともその活力を存分に発揮してくれます

先日、四日市新道マルシェでは雪が舞う中、多くの方々が私たちのブースに足を運んでくださり、心から感謝しております

「美味しい」と口々におっしゃっていただくだけでなく、「腸の調子が良い」
1歳にならない幼児ちゃんもサワードウなら頬張るという嬉しいお言葉もいただいております

皆様の健康を支える一助となれることを何より嬉しく感じております

これからも、より美味しいサワードウをお届けできるよう、マルシェの仲間やお客様からいただくエネルギーを糧に、日々精進してまいります

Looking back on this past year, I treasure the many connections I have made with people and feel an even deeper sense of gratitude.

In particular, our sourdough starter "WASHI," which has thrived energetically even during a string of cold days, continues to demonstrate its vitality without relying on machinery.

Recently, at the Yokkaichi Shindo Marche, many people visited our booth even as snow was falling, and I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart.

Not only did people tell us, "It's delicious," but we also received happy comments such as, "My gut health has improved," and even infants under the age of one are happy to devour our sourdough.

I am most delighted to be able to help support everyone's health in this way.

Moving forward, so that we can bring you even more delicious sourdough, I will continue striving daily, drawing energy from both my fellow market members and our customers.
